Spend time out in Nature enjoying a gentle yoga stretch and restorative relaxation class – suitable for all levels including beginners.

Yoga helps to calm the mind and promote relaxation, as well as helping the body to become more flexible, strong and balanced.

We include mindfulness and meditation techniques based on the elements of Nature and the Seasons.

The yoga session is followed by tea and cake relaxing at the farm cafe and also the opportunity to meet & interact with our herd of horses.
